SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Delivery Information:

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding busy seasons where processing may extend to 48-72 hours.

  • Delivery within the United Kingdom is conducted via Royal Mail.

  • International orders outside the United Kingdom are delivered by FedEx/DHL.

  • Express shipping is not currently offered.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked; and typically takes 48 hours to arrive to your door after dispatch

  • International Orders via DHL/Fedex: Arrives at your door Within 7 working days after it's been dispatched.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping for orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping outside the UK does incur a cost of around £7 - £11.50 depending on your location

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Customers must contact customerservice@crosslo.co.uk before returning items.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered; please contact us to arrange on return

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Refunded funds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days.

  • Customers must send photo evidence to customerservice@crosslo.co.uk for return authorization.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours but it is advised that you contact us ASAP to ensure this has been successful.
